  • Is constantly manned by Technicians (not Customer Service staff) resolving problems immediately, minimising down-time costs.
  • Coordinates technicians, tracks the issue resolution and manages status and reporting.
  • Logs customer calls, records fault information for auditing and reporting providing a basis for performance measures.
  • Delivers remote support and network monitoring for the quick diagnosis and resolution of minor difficulties.

    AVI has an extensive network of personnel enabling quick fault resolution and can offer you same day service in the Metro area. AVI Technicians have the equipment and experience to get you up and running fast.

    User Training

    AVI offers several levels of training customised to suit the requirements of the users. AVI courses can be successfully delivered face-to-face or by videoconference and are designed to ensure users are equipped to operate your technology with confidence.

    Different courses are available for operators of the system according to their skills and experience. Courses are customised for first level support staff, casual users and regular operators.

    Maintenance

    AVI offers preventative maintenance and remedial services to keep your system on-track. We are committed to delivering 100% availability on our products and solutions.
